🔄 Return Eligibility:

  • You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • You received the wrong product, or

    • The item arrived damaged or defective.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video:

To qualify and be accepted for a return or exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage.

Important guidelines for the video:

  • Start recording before unsealing the package.

  • The video must be uninterrupted, with no edits, cuts, or filters.

  • Show the full contents clearly in the video.

  • Any return request without a proper unboxing video will be declined immediately.

Please note: Damage caused after delivery or during customer handling cannot be accepted for return or refund.

❌ Custom Keychains:

  • Custom-made or personalized keychains are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged in transit (with valid unboxing proof).

💰 Refund Process:

  • If your return is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition with all original packaging.

  • Once received and verified, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Exceptions apply only if the error is on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • The replacement item will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days.
